Hello space pilots, we’d like to fill you in on the latest changes of our Developer Diary release policy. As already mentioned, we will henceforth no longer publish a new Developer Diary for our upcoming iPhone and iPad shooter Galaxy on Fire 2 – Supernova every single week but only every two weeks. In addition, we will henceforth no longer publish our Making Ofs on our blog Tuesdays but on Wednesdays. Ironically, this does not mean that you’ll have to wait for new information from the Supernova front a little longer, but rather will you be able to get that information a bit earlier in the future! You wonder how that’s possible? Well, we’ve now decided to give PocketGamer an exclusive heads up on our Dev Diaries. Hence, they’ll receive the articles in question a couple of days in advance and if they consider them worth posting, they’ll publish them on their pages before we do so on our blog. To make sure that you guys still got a good reason to check back here every second Wednesday anyway, we’ll use different screenshots, concept arts and assets on our website than Pocket Gamer do on their homepage. That way you’ll get to see even more exclusive sneak peeks of our upcoming outer space adventure Supernova whenever another Dev Diary is about to released.
If you follow the link below, you’ll already find some first-hand information on the new mini-games in Supernova, such as Hacking and Gas Cloud Mining. Next Wednesday, we’re gonna dedicate our fourth Developer Diary to that topic as well and present you some exclusive in-game screenshots and concept artworks. So please keep checking out our blog as well and also keep your comments coming. We’re really psyched by the lot of feedback that our first three Dev Diaries for Supernova have gotten so far and we really enjoy reading all your amazing ideas and suggestions! Keep it up, guys!

This is awesome news, we’ll wait a little longer for the game but we’ll also get more detail on your progress! I think I never had invested so much of my time on a mobile game unitl GoF 3D and GoF2 came around! I’m sure Supernova is going to be amazing so take the time you need to release it!
Where’s part 4? This is part 3 and part 5 right?
I think it means 3 and a half. In europe, they use a comma for decimals where americans use a period.
Idea:
you should have a unformed system or nebula that has no planets yet but a giant area to mine astroides OR in supernova add the place I am talking about to the remains of the mido solar system after it explodes.
@tobi
P.s.
I just making this up when I was typing and you don`t have to tell me if you are going to use the idea because I know that you don`t what to reveal to much or make people mad that you did not use they`re idea
I will be giving you ideas on the blog sometimes.
Why does every location we fly too have to be a planet with a space station?? Why cant we fly to an asteroid belt with a mining facility or a research station that is sitting in a gas giant. I for one would like more than just station after station to visit… Maybe one of the locations we could visit would be a traveling fleet that was moving around the solar system and you could land in a central MASSIVE carrier…
Just some random ideas guys! Keep up the good work!
@sterling
maby i am just over bored that i know this, but in the first blog of that said there was going to be a 2nd expantin they posted the concept art of ur MASSIVE carryer
